imetzu Terms of Service

This page is the agreement between you and imetzu. We wrote it to be read by humans, not just lawyers — so if anything here is unclear, ask before you assume.

1. Accepting These Terms

The moment you use imetzu — browsing the site, starting a match, buying coins — you're telling us you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, the honest answer is simple: don't use the service. These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, and together they form the whole agreement.

If you keep using imetzu after we update these terms, that continued use counts as accepting the new version. Section 8 explains how updates work.

2. Who Can Use imetzu

imetzu is a service for adults. You may use it only if you've reached the age of majority in the place you live and the law there lets you use a service like this one. By using imetzu you confirm both of those things are true.

You also confirm that we haven't previously removed you from the platform. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone underage, we can restrict or close it — no warnings promised in that case, because there shouldn't need to be.

3. Your Account

You can try imetzu as a guest, and you can create an account for the fuller experience. Either way, the details you give us should be real and yours. An account is personal: don't sell it, lend it, or share the login with anyone — and never hand it to a minor.

Whatever happens through your account is treated as you doing it, so keep your credentials to yourself. If you think someone else has got in, tell us quickly and we'll look at it together.

4. Coins & Payments

Here's the honest version of how money works on imetzu. Your first match is free, and free access beyond that is a limited allowance, not a bottomless well. When you want longer or premium sessions, that's what coins are for.

Prices, what's included, and any renewal terms are shown in the product before you confirm a purchase — that display is the source of truth, because numbers change and this page shouldn't pretend otherwise. Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms; we don't hold your full card details.

Coins are a licence to use features inside imetzu. They are not money, not a deposit, not an investment, and they can't be cashed out or moved off the platform. Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and whatever the law in your country requires. If you dispute a charge, talk to us first — chargebacks filed without a word to support can lead to the account being restricted while we sort it out.

5. How You Behave

imetzu works because strangers treat each other like people. The full house rules live in the community guidelines, and they're part of this agreement. The shortlist of things that will get you removed:

• Harassing, threatening, or pressuring another person — including after they've ended the chat
• Anything sexual involving minors, or any exploitative content, full stop
• Recording or redistributing someone else's video or image without their agreement
• Asking other users for money, gift cards, crypto, passwords, or verification codes
• Pretending to be someone you aren't, including imetzu staff
• Running bots, scrapers, or any automation against the service
• Using imetzu for anything that's illegal where you are

If someone breaks these rules with you, skip the chat and report them — the safety page walks through exactly how, and it's worth two minutes of your time before your first match.

6. Content You Share

Whatever you create stays yours. By showing it on imetzu you give us the licence we need to transmit and display it so the service can function — nothing more exotic than that.

Now the part most legal pages skip. What you show on camera is seen by the person you're matched with, and they can capture it — a screenshot, a screen recording, a phone pointed at their screen. No setting on our side can stop that, and we'd rather tell you plainly than let you assume otherwise. Share at a pace you'd be comfortable with if the conversation didn't stay between two people.

7. Ending Access

You can stop using imetzu whenever you like — there's nothing to cancel just to walk away. On our side, breaking these terms or the community guidelines can lead to a warning, limited features, suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on what a review finds. Where the law requires it, or someone is at risk, we may involve the appropriate authorities.

If an account is removed for a violation, unused coins generally aren't refunded. Some records may be kept after closure where the law, a dispute, or fraud prevention requires it — the privacy policy covers how retention works.

8. When These Terms Change

The product evolves, so these terms will too. When a change matters, we'll make a reasonable effort to make it visible — updating the date above and, where appropriate, flagging it in the product. Keep using imetzu after a change and you've accepted the new terms; don't accept them, and the right move is to stop using the service.
